9 of the Electricity Act, 2003 and Regulations 5(7) and 17 of the Tamil Nadu electricity Supply Code 2004 and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to effect name transfer of HTSC No.97 in the name of the petitioner (Ms. Green Textile Process) as per his application dated 17.02.2020 and allow the petitioner to adjust the captive wind energy generated in Ms. RBR Garments (P) Ltd. WEG No.280 against the industrial consumption of M/s.RBR Garments (P) Ltd in HTSC no.97 as per the existing Energy Wheeling Agreement dated 21.05.2005 till the name transfer is effected by the 2nd respondent.

ORDER
Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. He has also circulated a letter to the Registry dated 18.12.2020 to that effect.
2. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition are closed.
