The civil miscellaneous petition in C.M.P.No.16720 of 2025 has been filed to implead the petitioner as 19th respondent in the above Second Appeal and the Civil Miscellaneous Petition in C.M.P.No.16728 of 2025 has been filed to implead the petitioners as 20th respondent and 21st respondents in the above Second Appeal.

2. Heard Mr.D.Rajendran, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.R.Thamaraiselvan, learned counsel for the 1st respondent.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioners are all subsequent purchasers of the property pending lis, they are necessary and proper parties to the Second Appeal, both the petitions are ordered as prayed for.
