ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the 2nd respondent to take disciplinary action against the 3rd respondent and further issue appropriate direction to the concerned officials to take steps to restore the boundaries marked by the Tahsildar on 07.07.2023, within a time frame fixed by this Court. 2.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner made a representations dated 28.03.2024 and 10.04.2024 before the respondents 1 and 2 seeking to take action against the 3rd respondent, who without any prior notice came to the petitioner's land with some Police officials and removed the boundary stones fixed in the petitioner's land. However, the representations of the petitioner has not been considered till date. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

3.Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the representations of the petitioner will be considered within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 4.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2. 5.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and in view of the limited prayer sought for in this Writ Petition, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.04.2024 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as the 3rd respondent and any other parties concerned. Such exercise shall be carried out by the 2nd respondent within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
