This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.11354 of 2016 dated 28.07.2016 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It is seen that this petitioner was granted bail in Crl.MP.No.11354 of 2016 on 28.07.2016 by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai, on certain conditions, to relax which, the petitioner is before this Court.

4. Since the Sessions Court had granted bail, the petitioner is directed to approach the Sessions Court for relaxation of bail. If the Sessions Court refuses to relax the bail, it is open to the petitioner to approach this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
