PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for the issuance of the Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.05.2023 for which the festival dated 08.06.2023 in the temple namely Sri. Selvamuthu Mariamman Thirukoil, without imposing any unreasonable Condition prohibiting outside villagers and political leader Mr. B.John Pandian. For Petitioner : Mr.S.Kumar

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.05.2023, in connection with the festival dated 08.06.2023 in the temple namely Sri. Selvamuthu Mariamman Thirukoil; without imposing any unreasonable Condition like prohibiting outside villagers and political leader Mr. B.John Pandian and pass orders.

2. When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner made a representation dated 26.05.2023. But a detailed order was already passed on 21.05.2023 by the third respondent. If the petitioner is aggrieved against the order, the petitioner has to file a petition challenging the order dated 21.05.2023.

3. In the light of the submissions, this writ petition is disposed of

giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order passed by the third respondent on 21.05.2023 in reference No.C.No.08/INS/PADALUR/2023, if the petitioner is aggrieved against this order. No costs. 07.06.2023 mn Index:Yes/No Speaking Order: Yes/No G.CHANDRASEKHARAN.J.,
