Respondent PRAYER: PETITION under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the respondent dated 29-30 September, 2015 pertaining to decision of 292nd Meeting of SRC, under Item No.45 concerning the petitioner, quash the same and consequently forbear the respondent from in any manner implementing the said decision against the petitioner herein.

O R D E R

Though the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has made his submission on merits, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the stage is premature. What has been done is only a decision of the meeting held. This would be followed by comprehensive reasoned order, which would be communicated to the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner is not a person aggrieved at this stage.

Considering the said submission, this Court is of the view that the petitioner can very well await the reasoned order to be communicated to him. In the event of the said order being https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

against the petitioner, then it is well open to the petitioner to take recourse to law, if so advised.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of as premature at this stage leaving all the issues open. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
