The petitioners have come with the present petition seeking to quash the records relating to the FIR in Crime No.462 of 2014 dated 09.09.2014 on the file of the first respondent. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the first respondent. 3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the investigation in Crime No.462 of 2014 was over and final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Krishnagiri and the same has not been taken on file.

4.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. However, liberty is given to the petitioners to file necessary application after the final report is filed.
