Prayer:Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 not to allow Thiru. P.Kandasamy, Secretary of Bukkampatti Primary Agricultural Cooperative Credit Secretary Ltd., K.K. 87 at Bukkampatti, Mettur Taluk, Salem District on 30.06.2018 and not to allow him to draw pensioner and retirement benefits pending enquiry into the irregularities committed by him during his office as Secretary in the last five years, and further direct the respondents 1 and 2 to initiate appropriate action under the appropriate provisions of Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act, 1983 against the Secretary Thiru. When the matter was listed for hearing on 25.02.2019, none appeared on behalf of the writ petitioner. Thus, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption "for dismissal" on 26.02.2019. Once again, the matter was listed under the caption "for dismissal" on 27.02.2019 and on that day also, none represented on behalf of the writ petitioner. In order to give one more opportunity, again the matter was directed to be listed under the caption "for dismissal" on 28.02.2019. Today (28.02.2019), when the matter was called, none appeared for the writ petitioner.

2.In the light of the fact that there was no appearance on behalf of the petitioner, it is evident that the petitioner is not willing to get along with the matter and therefore, the writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
