ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records of the FIR in Crime No.145 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent Sub Inspector of Police, Tholasampatty Police Station, Tholasampatty, Salem District and quash the same against the petitioner.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that, investigation in this case is completed and final report is also filed and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.287 of 2022 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Omalur.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that investigation in this case is completed and final report is also filed, this Court is of the view that, no order need to be passed in this petition.
