[Common Order passed in Crl.M.P.Nos.848/2012, 946/2012, 1023/2012, 655/2012, 13/2013, 14/2013 & 33/2013] in C.C.No.84 of 2011 dated 25.06.2014.

2.On the last occasion, it is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the respondents who are A1 and A6 in C.C.No.84 of 2011 have passed away on 02.07.2021 and 25.06.2014 respectively. Today, the memo has been filed along with a copy of the Death Certificates of the respondents/A1 and A6. In view of the Death Certificates of the respondents/A1 and A6, nothing survives for further adjudication in these petitions. 3.Recording the memo filed by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Revisions stands closed.
