..Respondents Prayer:- Writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent to pass final orders on the representation dated 11.05.2020 of the petitioner for the issuance of the certificate of family tree for the proof of blood relationship of the family members of the petitioner, which required to be submitted for enquiry regarding the verification of his community certificate.
