O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to transfer the investigation pending before the Inspector of Police E-4, Abiramapuram Police Station, Mylapore, Chennai in Crime No.295/2017 to some other competent agency or pass such further or other orders.

2. Taking into consideration the nature of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

allegations in the FIR, this Court is of the view that this is not a fit case to transfer the investigation as prayed for, by the petitioner. However, this court directs the Assistant Commissioner of Police, E-4 Abiramapuram Police Station to monitor the investigation in Cr. No. 295 of 2017 and complete the investigation within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and either file a closure report or a charge sheet, as the case may be, under due intimation to the defacto complainant.

3. This Writ Petition is closed, with the above direction.
