This petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry on the basis of the petitioner representation dated 22.03.2025. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the respondents police harassed the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents police submits that on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, current paper enquiry was conducted in current paper dated 25.02.2025 and the same was closed.

Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. It is made clear that, since the complaint has been closed, the respondents police shall not call the petitioner under the guise of enquiry and harass him.
