the 2nd respondent in accordance with Judgment of this Hon'ble Court in W.P.Nos.2856 to 2859 of 2014 as confirmed by the Judgment in W.A.Nos.975 to 978 of 2015.

The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the 1st respondent to grant patta in the name of the Petitioner with respect of their Property bearing No.154, Madipakkam Village, Saidapet Taluk, Chengalpet District bearing Plot No.41, 12th Cross Lake View Street, Ayyappa Nagar, Madippakkam, Chennai, having Layout approval LPDM/DDTP No.163/1974, measuring an extent of 2400 sq.ft. together with building having plinth area of 1000 sq.ft., within the Registration District of Chennai South and Sub-Registration District of Velacherry, without insisting on a No-Objection Certificate from the 2nd respondent in accordance with Judgment of this Hon'ble Court in W.P.Nos.2856 to 2859 of 2014 as confirmed by the Judgment in W.A.Nos.975 to 978 of 2015.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners made a submission that the grievances of the petitioners has already been redressed and thus, no further adjudication is required in the Writ Petition.
