O R D E R

This civil revision petition seeks for expeditious disposal of G.O.P.No.142 of 2022 pending on the file of the Family Court at Mannargudi, Tiruvarur District.

2. When the revision came up for admission, I called for a report 1/4

from the learned Family Judge and the report has also been received by this Court on 07.10.2024. A perusal of the report shows that between the parties, there are several proceedings pending including G.O.P.No.142 of 2022.

3. Considering the difficulties expressed by the learned Family Judge at Mannargudi, Tiruvarur District, there shall be a direction to the learned Judge to dispose of the said proceedings within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, the civil revision petition is ordered. There shall be no order as to costs.
