Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of declaration, declaring that the oral termination of the petitioners service on 15.03.2012 is illegal and invalid and consequently to direct the first respondent to reinstate the petitioner into service as daily rated employee with effect from 15.03.2012 with all other consequential benefits.

ORDER

When the matter is taken up for consideration today, the learned counsel for the petitioner placed before this Court a letter addressed to him by the petitioner, seeking to intimate that the petitioner intends to withdraw the writ petition.

2. In view of the same, the learned counsel sought permission from this Court to withdraw the writ petition and also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.Accordingly, in the light of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
