ORDER
These Petitions have been filed to call for impugned First Information Report in Crime Nos.2424 & 2534 of 2020 on the file of the respondent Police
for the offences under Section 7(3) of Lotteries Regulation Act, 1998 and quash the same.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent submitted that in Crime No.2534 of 2020, the charge sheet has been closed on 07.09.2023, before the learned Judicial Magistrate - I, Perambalur. In Crime No.2424 of 2020, the charge sheet has been closed on 21.01.2025.
