This application is presented by the first defendant for permission to exhibit two documents, which are described in the schedule to the Judge's summons.

2. The plaintiff has no objections to these documents being exhibited, subject to the plaintiff's right to raise objections with regard thereto.

3. The applicant states that these documents are material for the purpose of establishing that PW1 was not a Director of the Company after 01.04.2016. The applicant further states that the production of these documents has become necessary in view of statements made in applications filed subsequent to the institution of the suit.

4. Upon considering the above submissions and on examining the affidavit in the support of this application, the applicant has established reasonable cause. Accordingly, this application is allowed subject to the rights of the respondents to file an affidavit of admission/denial, in respect to these additional documents, and raise objections inter alia on the grounds of admissibility, relevance and proof.

5. After ascertaining the availability of the witness and the convenience of the learned counsel concerned, list before the learned Additional Master No.IV on 22.08.2022 for the examination of DW1. Such examination shall be completed on or before 30.08.2022.
