N.ANAND VENKATESH, J ssr 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the enquiry was conducted and it was closed. A copy of the closure report dated 16.07.2024 was also placed before this Court. A copy was also furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner. An affidavit to that effect was also filed today.
