The prayer sought for in the present petition is to direct the respondents 1 to 3, not to provide police protection for unlawful removal of encroachment in S.No.143/2 at Kottai Mariamman Koil Street, Omalur https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Village and Omalur Taluk, in view of Section 6 (2) of the Land Encroachment Act 1905.

2. When the matter was listed on 11.01.2018, there was no representation for the petitioners, hence the matter is posted today. Even today (09.02.2018), there is no representation for the petitioners.
