J U D G M E N T
It is represented that when the learned counsel appearing for the appellant contacted the lower court counsel to verify the case particulars, the lower court counsel informed that the appellant had died. Immediately, the lower court counsel further contacted the parties available in the locality and the legal heirs, they had also informed that the appellant had died.
2. However, till date the legal heirs of the deceased appellant have not come forward with any appropriate application. Accordingly, second appeal is dismissed as abated. No costs.
