ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 21.08.2023 passed by this Court in

W.P.No.24543 of 2023, thereby directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks.

The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with by the respondent vide proceedings dated 12.01.2024. She also produced a copy of the proceeding dated 12.01.2024 along with the report filed by the respondent.
