PRAYER in Cont.P.No.1380 of 2014: Contempt Petition has been filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, for wilful disobedience of the final order passed by this Court in W.P.No.20162 of 2010 dated 02.08.2011.

PRAYER in Cont.P.No.1383 of 2014: Contempt Petition has been filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, for wilful disobedience of the final order passed by this Court in W.P.No.14105 of 2010 dated 02.08.2011.

COMMON ORDER (Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.,) These Contempt Petitions have been filed, to punish the respondents for their wilful disobedience of the final order passed by this Court in W.P.No.14105 of 2010 dated 02.08.2011.

2.The learned State Counsel appearing for the respondents would state that in compliance of the common order dated 02.08.2011 in W.P.No.14967 of 2010 etc batch, the Government has issued G.O.Ms.No.66 Adidravidar and Tribal Welfare Department dated 28.07.2021. It is further stated that the benefits under the said G.O., would be disbursed to the petitioners herein within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.In view of the above submission made by the learned State Counsel, these Contempt Petitions are closed.
