It is seen from the complaint that one Anuradha, while filing suit for partition on the file of of XVI Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai, in O.S.No.1271 of 2013, described herself as daughter of Krishnaswamy and wife of late Karunakaran, whereas, her husband's name was Thiruvengadam, and the marriage between them took place in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

1967 and they have a son by name Vijaykumar. The said Anuradha also given the petitioner's house address as that of her address. Hence, the petitioner wants action to be taken against the said Anuradha. 3.

According to me, FIR cannot be registered, without giving complaint to the learned XVI Assistant, Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed and it is open to the petitioner to file a Petition before the XVI Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai, for taking action against the said Anuradha, for giving the petitioner's address.
