O R D E R

This petition is filed seeking for a direction, directing the 2nd respondent police to investigate the case in Cr.No.196 of 2014 dated 16.04.2014 under the supervision of the 1st respondent police and file a final report within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

2.Heard the leaned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. It is seen that a case has been registered in Crime No.196 of 2014 on 16.04.2014. Hence, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry as expeditiously as possible and file a final report or a closure report as the case may be, before the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

concerned Court and intimate the same to the petitioner herein. Thereafter, the petitioner is directed to workout his remedies in the manner known to law.

With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
