kj addressed to said companies and that the Official Liquidator consulted M/s.Alagar and Associates, Company Secretaries, for necessary guidance in relation to the realisation of the values of these investments. She seeks further time to provide an update in this regard.

2. The Official Liquidator is directed to ascertain the market price of actively traded companies from and out of the investments of the company in liquidation. In relation thereto, necessary steps shall be taken to sell the shares and realise the value thereof.

3. List the matter on 05.06.2026.
