This petition has been filed challenging the award passed by the sole arbitrator dated 2.11.2019.

2. In the last hearing date, this Court directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- to the credit of this Original Petition and this petition has been posted today under the caption 'Notice of admission'.

Despite the Order of this Court, none represented the petitioner when the matter was passed over and called at 11.40 a.m. When the matter is called, some one tried to represent the petitioner and this Court passed over the matter. The direction was issued to deposit the amount, taking note of the fact that the applicant is a the principal borrower. Today, there is no representation for the petitioner.
