Div) No.42 of 2021 N.ANAND VENKATESH, J ., This application was filed to pass a decree on the admission made by the respondent/defendant to pay 1,26,000 US Dollars to the plaintiff. During the pendency of this application, the respondent/defendant has paid 96,000 US Dollars to the applicant/plaintiff. The respondent/defendant is disputing the balance amount that is claimed by the plaintiff.

2. In view of the payment of the admitted amount made by the respondent/defendant, no further orders are required to pass in this application.

3. Accordingly, this application is closed.
