ORDER
This petition has been filed for issuance of writ of Mandamus Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner representation dated 19.3.2014.
2. The case of the petitioner is that the property comprised in S.F.Nos.229/2A, 275/1A2A, 354/2, 264/3, 263/4B and 299/1, Marukal Kurichi Village, were purchased by the petitioner by way of different Sale Deeds and he has also been granted pattas and when he intended to sell the above properties and approached the 3rd respondent Sub Registrar for registering the Sale Deeds, the said official refused to register the same as the 1st respondent has prohibited the same as they have been marked as properties belonging to 'Kalaimagal Sabha' a registering Society. Hence the petitioner sent a representation to the respondents 1 and 2 on 19.03.2014 to take action, however the same has
not been considered and therefore, he is constrained to approach this Court by filing this writ petition.
3. Though very many grounds have been raised, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner limited his request to the extent that this Court may permit the petitioner to present the documents for registration and after receipt of the said documents, the respondents may be directed to entertain the same and pass appropriate orders.
4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents has no serious objections for the said order being passed.
5. In view of the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, this Court without going into the merits of the matter, permits the petitioner to present the documents for registration and if any such document is presented, the 3rd respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
