This petition has been filed seeking for transfer of investigation in Crime No.227 of 2011, on the file of the second respondent.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that a closure report has been filed before the Tahsildar, Bhavani on 25.01.2012.

This procedure followed by the second respondent is totally in contravenention to the guide lines issued by this Court in Manohari V. The District Superintendent of Police, Sivagangai District, Sivagangai reported in 2018-2- L.W(Crl.) 522.

This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to follow the guidelines issued by this Court and to file a final report before the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

concerned jurisdictional Magistrate. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
