Respondents Prayer:- Writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to disburse Retirement Benefits such as the Employees State Insurance dues, Employment Provident fund dues, Gratuity dues etc., to the petitioner forthwith by alienating immovables Assets, situated at Pattanur, Thengaithittu, Thirubuvanai, Vadalore etc, of the 3rd respondent's Company by strictly following 12(3) Settlement dated 03.09.2012 etc.
