By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2.The writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the third respondent to pass orders on the basis of the enquiry conducted by him, pursuant to the order passed by the second respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.693/2015/A3, dated 17.02.2015.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

well as the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has sent a representation dated 20.09.2016 to the respondents 2 and 3 and there may be a direction by this Court to the respondents to consider the same and pass orders. 5.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.09.2016 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.

6.With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
