taluk accounts as per the direction of the order passed in W.P.No.25207 of 2014 dated 02.03.2015 and thereby issue patta in respect of the land measuring an extent of 8.29 hectares, comprised in Survey No.233, situated at Kokkaranthangal Village (Arcot Unit), Cheyyur Taluk, Kancheepuram District.

ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents and their officers to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.04.2019 and to implement the order granting patta passed by the 1st respondent vide Ref.No.SR17/11 E2/5334/2011 dated 06.02.2012 and the 3rd respondent vide his proceedings Na.Ka.No.3443/2013 dated 23.03.2015 and Na.Ka.No.3443/2017/A2 09.06.2017 respectively by making necessary changes in the village and taluk accounts as per the direction of the order passed in W.P.No.25207 of 2014 dated 02.03.2015 and thereby issue patta in respect of the land measuring an extent of 8.29 hectares, comprised in Survey No.233, situated at Kokkaranthangal Village (Arcot Unit), Cheyyur Taluk, Kancheepuram 2/6
District.
2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice, if a direction is issued to the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 15.04.2019 and to issue patta, within a stipulated time as may be fixed by this Court.
3.Mr.P.Gurunathan, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents submitted that the respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.04.2019 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a stipulated time.
4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, this Court directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.04.2019 and implement the order of the 1st respondent if the petitioner is otherwise eligible and pass orders on merits and 3/6
in accordance with law within 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
