ORDER

The learned Special Government Pleader for the state (Puducherry) submitted that the petitioner has to agitate and seek his remedy only before the Central Administrative Tribunal. Hence, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and he also made an endorsement to that effect.
