[ORDER OF THE COURT WAS MADE BY V.M.VELUMANI, J.] The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the Appeal dated 12.12.2018 filed by the petitioner to the first respondent was rejected by the first respondent in G.O.(3D) No.38, Housing and Urban Development (UD-VII(1)] Department, dated 22.01.2020 and the said rejection order is challenged in W.P.No.12208 of 2020 and hence, nothing survives in this writ petition.
