Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in Criminal APPEAL No.247 OF 2017 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to Suspend the sentence of imprisonment imposed in the judgment dated 14.03.2017 passed in SC.NO.78 OF 2011 on the file of Sessions Judge, Namakkal and enlarge the petitioner on bail pending disposal of the above CRL.A.No.247/2017.

He has also made an endorsement to that effect on the petition.

2. In view of the same, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
