This petition has been filed to relax the condition i.e the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every first Saturday at 06.30 p.m until further orders imposed in Crl.M.P.No.656 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.28467 of 2024 by the order dated 21.01.2025 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.656 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.28467 of 2024 , dated 21.01.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every first Saturday at 06.30 p.m until further orders is relaxed.
