Respondent(s) PRAYER: The writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuing a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1 st respondent to examine the petitioner's complaints dated 08.05.2023, 30.05.2023 and 28.12.2023 conduct a detailed inquiry into the affairs of the 2 nd and 3 rd respondents and initiate appropriate actions for their failure to adhere to the regulatory norms and act in terms of the guidelines regarding banking business and the Asset Reconstruction activities.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 st respondent to examine the petitioner's complaints and to conduct a detailed enquiry into the affairs of the respondents 3 and 4 and

to initiate appropriate action for their failure to adhere to the regulatory norms and act in terms of the guidelines regarding banking business and the Asset Reconstruction Activities.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Standing counsel appearing on behalf of the 1 st respondent submitted that the complaints given by the petitioner has already been considered and disposed of on 23.06.2023 and 09.02.2024. Apart from that two more complaints were given by the petitioner and those complaints have also been disposed. 3.

It is clear from the above that there is no pending complaint before the 1 st respondent. Hence, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the decision taken by the 1 st respondent on the complaints given by the petitioner, it will be left open to the petitioner to challenge the same in the manner known to law. 4.
