The petitioner seeks for the issuance of writ of mandamus to issue legal heir certificate to the petitioner upon the demise of his father.
2. The learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that already the Revenue Inspector and Village Administrative Officer have submitted their report to the Tahsildar, the respondent herein, who will consider the matter at the earliest.
3. In the light of the above, there will be a direction to respondent to consider the petitioner's application for issuance of legal heirship certificate taking note of the records and pass orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
