Learned counsel for the petitioner on record made an endorsement indicating that he is withdrawing the Civil Revision Petition.

The suit in question was filed in the year 2013. The petitioner, who was arrayed as defendant has already filed written statement.

The learned VI Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.5734 of 2013, as expeditiously as possible, and in any case, on or before 31.01.2017. 5.
