The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 23.04.2023 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 41(i), 4(1)(aaa) r/w 4(1-A) of TNP Act in Crime No.177 of 2023 on file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent has submitted that the petitioner has already been detained under Act 14.

4. In view of the abovesaid submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
