Crl.M.P.No.8811 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.13804 of 2022 G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN, J.

This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.13804 of 2022 on 20.06.2022, on condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m, and 05.30 p.m, until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is not complying with the conditions regularly.

3. This Court finds no merit in this petition to relax the condition imposed already by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.13804 of 2022 dated 20.06.2022.

4.

Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
