O R D E R

The prayer in the present petition for extending police protection to the petitioner for the purpose of continuing the construction work. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there is no dispute with regard to the boundaries and the third respondent has no right to obstruct the construction work. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. On the other hand, learned counsel for the third respondent submitted that the petitioner herein attempted to encroach the third respondent property and therefore, he raised his objection.

3. This Court, exercising its power under Section 482 Cr.P.C., cannot decide the title or extent of the property. It is always open to the parties to work out their remedies before the appropriate civil court, seeking for necessary reliefs.

4. With the above observation, the criminal original petition stands closed.
