Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 10.12.2018 in lights of the memo issued by 1st Respondent in Ref No.O.Mu 23962/2018/N.4 dated 17.12.2018 re-transfer the Patta No.664 in respect of the petitioner's property comprised in Survey No.150/2 of Siruseri Village from Samath Nagar to either in the name of the legal heirs of Late Logambal or in the name of the Petitioner's mother Mrs.Logammal as earlier. O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed directing the Second Respondent to dispose of the representation dated 10.12.2018.

2. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents states that the enquiry on the representation dated 10.12.2018 made by the Petitioner has been fixed at 3.00 a.m. on 27.08.2019, before the Second Respondent and he has produced a copy of the said notice before this Court, which is recorded.

3. The Second Respondent shall ensure that notice is issued in advance to all parties concerned and there is atleast one effective hearing every week conducted for speedy progress

of the case. The Petitioner shall co-operate for the earlier disposal of the same. It is needless to add here that after affording full opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned, a reasoned order shall be passed, considering each of the contentions of the parties and decision taken shall be communicated to them under written acknowledgment. 4.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed with the aforesaid observations. No costs.
