This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the Tamil Nadu Waqf Board to conduct an enquiry and take action based on the petitions given by the petitioner on 31.03.2023 and 22.05.2023 and pass orders within the time fixed by this Court.

2. Heard Mr.M.M.I.Khaleel, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.C.Shankar, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 1 and 2.

3. Learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the Waqf Board submitted that the petitions given by the petitioner will be considered after affording an opportunity to the third respondent and a decision will be taken within a period of twelve (12) weeks.
