.. Respondents PRAYER: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the representation dated 18.02.2014 made by the petitioner within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

O R D E R

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.02.2014 within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has made a representation dated 18.02.2014 before the 2nd respondent by alleging that one Saminatha Asari and his sons had colluded with each other and created a partition deed dated 29.05.2002 vide Document No.399 of 2002 with fraudulent intention, but, the 2nd respondent has not taken any action. Hence, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.

3. Mr.P.P.Purushothaman, learned Government Advocate submitted that the allegation of the petitioner would be https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

considered by the 2nd respondent by conducting an enquiry and appropriate orders would be passed on the same.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made on either side, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the representation, directs the 2nd respondent/District Registrar, Ariyalur District, to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.02.2014 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the persons interested in this regard and also affording them an opportunity of personal hearing, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
