Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Mandamus to direct respondents 1 to 6 to forthwith give wide publicity and circulate the provisions of Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace, guidelines laid down by the Apex Court in Vishaka & Ors. vs. State of Rajasthan and the step guide issued by the 5th respondent, Dept. of Personnel & Training dated 16.07.2015 for conducting inquiry in Sexual Harassment cases for the preservation and enforcement of right to gender equality of working women in all workplaces as defined under the Act, appoint an independent committee to go into / inquire and submit a report to this Court within the time frame with regard to the need to give the set of reliefs adumbrated in Annexure to the affidavit.
