ORDER

The petitioner made a representation dated 13.08.2014 to the 2nd respondent stating that in view of the order passed by this Court holding that the acquisition proceedings are not in accordance with law, the patta will have to be changed once again in his name. On receipt of such representation, the 2nd respondent has referred the same to the District Adi Dravidar and Tribal Welfare Officer, Namakkal to take appropriate action. Thereafter, the petitioner made representations to the respondents 1 and 2, on several dates starting from 13.08.2014 till 21.12.2015. As no further action is forthcoming on the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representations, the present writ petition has been filed. 2.As the communication sent by the 2nd respondent to the District Adi Dravidar and Tribal Welfare Officer, Namakkal is pending consideration, there will be a direction to the said authority viz., the District Adi Dravidar and Tribal Welfare Officer, Namakkal to pass orders, in pursuant to the letter No.O.Mu.8611-2013 (A2) dated 23.09.2014, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity to the petitioner.

3.With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
