This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed to dispense with the production of original receipt in MCOP.No.5094 of 2010 on the file of teh Motor Accident Claims Tribunal. II Court of Small Causes, Chennai.

2. Learned counsel for the Appellant Transport Corporation would submit that the original deposit receipt has been misplaced and hence, a copy of the same has been produced.

3. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Accordingly, this civil miscellaneous petition is allowed as prayed for.

4. Registry is directed to number the civil miscellaneous appeal if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission on 30.09.2021.
