The plaintiff in O.S.No.132 of 2011 is the petitioner in this Civil Revision Petition.

The petitioner filed the suit before the trial court for permanent injunction.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the arguments on the side of the petitioner was completed as early as on 17.03.2015. However, follow up action was not taken thereafter to dispose of the matter.

None appears on behalf of the respondent in spite of printing his name in the Cause List after service. 5.

The learned Subordinate Judge, Dharapuram, Tiruppur District is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.132/2011 on or before 31, March, 2017.

The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
